ESTIMATE THE VALUE

What could this system give back each month?

Agency Content Engine is designed to reduce repeated time spent on planning, drafting, repurposing, review coordination, creative production, publishing preparation, and reporting. Use your own numbers to estimate the operational value of recovering some of that time.

Illustrative planning estimate only. Actual results depend on workflow, tools, adoption, volume, implementation quality and business conditions.

For an agency, recovered production time can translate directly into more client capacity without adding headcount.

Recovered time can mean different things to different teams.

For an agency It may create additional client capacity.

For a founder It may create decision bandwidth.

For a content team It may reduce coordination and production drag.

FICTIONAL PRODUCT WALKTHROUGH

One source in. A complete content campaign out.

Start with one approved interview, article, webinar, research brief, or piece of subject-matter expertise. Agency Content Engine turns it into a coordinated set of review-ready content across the channels you choose.

OPTIONAL VISUAL LAYER

Carousel / creative concept

Copy and art direction, with a visual draft when the optional Creative Production Layer is enabled.

Plus publishing calendar, approvals, source traceability, and reporting.

The system adapts the source for each channel — it does not simply copy and shorten the same content.

THE REAL PROBLEM

Good content is rarely the bottleneck. The workflow around it is.

Most agencies already have useful source material: client calls, interviews, webinars, briefs, research, articles, and subject-matter expertise. The friction appears between the source and the finished work. Ideas get lost. Drafts live in different places. Review becomes a chain of messages. Channel adaptation starts from scratch. Publishing depends on tribal knowledge. Reporting becomes another manual task. Agency Content Engine turns that fragmented process into one controlled operating workflow.

Who it's for

Marketing, creative, PR, content, and communications agencies producing recurring content for themselves or clients.

The problem

Too much time gets lost between source material, strategy, drafting, adaptation, approvals, publishing, and reporting.

What it does

Turns approved source material into a controlled pipeline for strategy, content creation, channel adaptation, review, publishing preparation, and reporting.

Expected outcome

More consistent content throughput with less repetitive production and coordination work.

What remains human

Strategy, factual claims, editorial judgment, sensitive content, client approval, and final publishing authorization.

Expected setup

Current planning guidance: approximately 3–5 focused DIY hours for a prepared customer. Actual installation time is being validated during private beta.

WORKFLOW ARCHITECTURE

Eight stages. One traceable operating system.

No automation is allowed to skip a required human approval state.

WHY AN AUTOMATION SYSTEM?

Prompts are the easy part.

You can ask ChatGPT to write a post in minutes. Building a dependable content operation is different.

You need to know:
  • which source the output came from
  • whether a claim is supported
  • which version is current
  • who owns the next decision
  • whether approval happened
  • what happens when an automation fails
  • whether a duplicate run creates duplicate work
  • when the system must stop instead of generating more content

Agency Content Engine packages the workflow, data structure, prompts, approval logic, automation recipes, testing, and recovery process together.

You are not buying prompts. You are buying the operating system around them.

CREATIVE PRODUCTION LAYER

Add visual content production when you need it.

The core Agency Content Engine creates the strategy, writing, channel adaptations, video scripts, shot plans, and creative briefs.

The optional Creative Production Layer extends the workflow into visual asset generation and campaign support — helping teams move from approved messaging to draft creative faster.

The base Agency Content Engine generates

Strategy · long-form drafts · social adaptations · email content · video scripts · shot plans · on-screen text · creative briefs · publishing queue records · performance-review analysis

The optional Creative Production Layer extends into
  • AI-generated image concepts
  • Social campaign graphics
  • Carousel assets
  • Thumbnail concepts
  • Short-form video concepts where supported
  • B-roll / scene generation
  • Aspect-ratio variations
  • Creative review and approval
OPTIONAL ADD-ON · PRICING AFTER BETA VALIDATION
Generated creative remains draft content until a human reviews and approves it.

BUILT-IN GOVERNANCE

Automation stops where judgment begins.

Source-grounded by design

Every generated artifact stays tied to approved source material.

Human approval gates

Strategy, factual claims, client-facing content, sensitive material, and publishing remain human decisions.

Fail-closed operation

When required inputs are missing or automation fails, the workflow stops safely rather than inventing a way forward.

No autonomous publishing

The standard system does not bypass required human authorization to publish externally.

BUILT TO BE TESTED

A system should prove that it works.

The goal is not more AI output. The goal is a workflow your team can operate and trust.

Agency Content Engine includes a defined acceptance framework for:

  • duplicate protection
  • source-rights validation
  • prompt-injection resistance
  • structured-output validation
  • unsupported-claim detection
  • stale-version protection
  • regulated-content gating
  • publishing safeguards
  • reporting failure isolation

APPROVED PRICING

Start with the system. Choose how much implementation support you want.

Private beta only. General purchase remains closed until the independent operator gate passes.

A few recovered hours each month can pay for the DIY system quickly.

Tool subscriptions, provider fees, and API usage are not included.

What does one month of recovered time cost you today?

If the system saves even a few recurring hours every month, the DIY product may recover its purchase price quickly. Value is different for every team, so use your own labor value and workflow volume when deciding whether the system makes economic sense.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Clear boundaries before you install.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Know what you are installing.

Is this a course?+

No. Agency Content Engine is an installable Automation System™ containing workflow architecture, operational templates, structured prompts, schemas, automation recipes, safeguards, and testing guidance.

What tools do I need?+

The default package uses Airtable, Google Drive/Docs, OpenAI, and Zapier. Documented alternatives are included for other supported tools.

How long does setup take?+

Current planning guidance is approximately 3–5 focused DIY hours for a prepared customer. Actual installation time is being validated during private beta.

Does it publish automatically?+

Not by default. Final publishing authorization remains human-controlled.

What happens if the source material is not strong enough?+

The system is designed to stop and request additional source material instead of confidently generating unsupported claims.

Can I use Make or n8n instead of Zapier?+

Yes. The package includes mappings for both, although the default implementation is documented around Zapier.

What is the difference between DIY and Guided Setup?+

DIY gives you the complete system package. Guided Setup adds architecture, build-along, configuration review, acceptance testing, and setup support.

What does Done-for-You include?+

We configure the supported core system, test it with a controlled source, and hand it over with documentation and a short bug-fix period.
