Information we collect
We collect the assessment answers you provide, contact and company information, consent choices, traffic source, scores, recommendations, purchase or booking events, and implementation outcomes when you become a client. Do not submit passwords, credentials, confidential files, customer records, or regulated data.
How we use it
We use information to deliver requested results, prepare and review Blueprints, qualify implementation work, operate the service, improve scoring and workflow patterns, prevent misuse, and—only with separate permission—send practical marketing guidance.
AI processing and human review
AI systems may classify free text and draft explanations or Blueprint content. Numeric scoring is deterministic. Paid Blueprints are reviewed by a human before delivery. We do not allow AI to silently alter numeric scores.
Consent
Result delivery, marketing, and anonymized benchmarking are separate choices. You may receive requested results without subscribing to marketing or contributing to benchmarks.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies
Essential cookies and similar browser storage support core site operation, checkout attribution, security, session state, consent preferences, and functionality you request. These technologies stay active because the service cannot operate reliably without them.
With your permission, we use Google Tag Manager to deploy Google Analytics 4 and related analytics storage to understand page usage, funnels, traffic sources, conversion performance, and product engagement. We do not send free-text assessment answers to Google Analytics. Analytics storage is denied by default until you choose otherwise.
Marketing storage may be used, with permission, for advertising attribution, campaign measurement, remarketing, and future advertising-platform integrations. Google advertising consent signals, including ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization, are denied by default. You can accept, reject, or customize optional technologies and reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time.
Benchmarks and sharing
We do not sell identifiable assessment data. We may produce aggregated, anonymized benchmarks only from records with permission and only when cohort size prevents reasonable re-identification. Service providers may process information solely to operate hosting, email, payment, scheduling, analytics, and automation.
Retention, access, and deletion
We retain information only as needed for delivery, operations, legal obligations, and approved learning. Export and deletion requests will be handled manually during launch. Send privacy, access, or deletion requests to jason@thedfactoryi.com.
Security
We use least-privilege access, hosted payment processing, human approval for sensitive actions, and scoped implementation access. No internet service can promise absolute security.
